Qty. Description 1 9 VAC output transformer (I used a Hammon 166g9...output should be at least 6 VAC) 1 7805 regulator (or whatever will work here...LDO, switching, etc.) 1 PDIP-4 bridge rectifier (or whatever rectifier fits...I used a Fairchild DF01M) 1 1,800 uF electrolytic capacitor (at least 16v rating, ~0.2" lead spacing) 1 22 uF electrolytic capacitor (at least 5v rating, ~0.1" lead spacing) 1 0.1 uF ceramic capacitor (at least 5v rating, ~0.1" lead spacing) 1 8 pin DIP socket 2 1k 1/4w resistor 1 10k 1/4w resistor 1 75 ohm 1/8w resistor (dependent on LED color in switch, tiny...needs to fit between 0.275" spaced pads) 1 160 ohm 1/8w resistor (dependent on LED color in switch, tiny...needs to fit between 0.275" spaced pads) 1 2n2222 transistor (or any small NPN transistor) 1 1n4148 diode (for relay flyback suppression...use whatever you feel is appropraite) 1 Pushbutton switch (I chose to use a Bulgin MPI002/28/D4. Illuminated red/blue. If you don't want illuminated, you can forgo the 2 small 1/8w resistors) 1 DPDT 5 VDC coil relay 5A contact rating (I designed the PCB around a Panasonic NC2D-P-DC5V) 2 2 pin 0.2" pitch header (I used Molex 0010321021) 1 4 pin 0.1" pitch header (I used TE Connectivity AMPMODU MTE series...the same type used for the audio cable that went from optical drives to sound cards) 1 PIC 12F509 (I have a bunch of these and can program these with the appropriate program...or use what you can, figure out your own programming based on the schematic)
